A house specialty, the mole poblano de Angela consists of chicken breast or pork loin in a sauce made from dried chilies, nuts, seeds and sweet chocolate. All food is prepared to order, and the chef is willing to make accommodations for people with food allergies. The restaurant serves 10 varieties of beer, including Mexican imports.
