When Sleeping Becomes Anxiety

Have you ever thought of panic attacks while sleeping? No idea? Me neither.
How does a panic attack happen when someone is asleep? I haven't experienced this kind of panic attack myself but my husband does.
I just thought all along he was just having nightmares every now and then.
How could some people experience this and some do not? What could be the cause of the attack? Is it unconscious? According to research, feeling this kind of attack is unusual for most people.
It takes place in a form of nightmare or bad dreams which end up to waking up in the middle of the night and having extreme sweating, fast breathing and palpitations.
Many say that too much stress during the day triggers a panic attack Some things also leads to an attack such as, change of one's status or lifestyle, death of a siignificant other, or losing a job.
If an individual holds back feelings of anxiousness in their everyday life, this will likely take place.
It will also be directed to other sickness such as chronic problems if not treated immediately.
This could be handled and managed well if addressed properly.
having awareness with regards to the condition is very important.
With the help of the right people who has specializations, this can be cured.
One should not worry about giving up so much money for the medications.
As What I have said, if this is given attention immediately, there are many ways to treat this without taking medications.
Here are the list which can be done to prevent frequent panic attack while sleeping; Be sure to eat right amount and quantity of food during dinner time.
Healthy eating lifestyle should be practiced.
Relaxation techniques.
One should learn how to relax during an attack..
When awakened by an attack use deep breathing technique.
Do not suppress or repress anxieties and problems.
Learn to share it with family and close friends.
This can help make sense a panic attack symptom.
Some patients are prescribed to take Xanax during an attack.
But this medication could only treat the symptoms.
Root cause of the problem should be dealt with.
There is no other treatment for panic attacks while sleeping other than learning to take each happenings in one's life easy.
Learn to relax.
Meditate.
Do not keep to yourself any anxieties felt.
Learn to vocalize it.
