Lower Abs Exercises

Don't you just envy seeing those models or celebrities with to die for abs? We all think that they have the money to pay for a personal trainer that can motivate them.
Actually, you do not have to splurge on unnecessary expenses.
You can still have those lean abs just by doing these simple lower abs exercises.
Just be patient and have fun in doing these exercises that can surely guarantee visible results.
The first lower abs exercise is by laying on your back with your legs stretched.
You need to put your hands on your sides and just rest your head on the floor.
Others call this a supine position.
The next step is to lift your legs in a forty five degree angle off the ground and then bring them down.
Do not rest your legs on the floor.
You need to do this movement for at least 10-16 repetitions and then rest your legs on the floor.
Another lower abs exercise that you can do is just the continuation of the first one.
Here you need to raise your hands behind your head and lift them up slowly.
Then you need to bring in your legs towards your stomach bending at your knees.
Next is to kick them out again but make sure your legs are not touching the floor.
Do the routine for at least 10-16 repetitions.
This is the simplest lower abs workout that you can do at home.
Just bend your legs at the knees and let those big toes touch.
It will look like your knees are pointing outwards.
Your head should be slightly off the ground with your hands behind your head.
Your hands will serve as your support to your head.
Then just rock your legs backward and forward using your buttocks as the pivotal point.
Do these lower abs exercises gradually.
Breathe properly and make sure you do not overstrain yourself.
Have fun so that you will not feel that it's something mandatory.
Remember you're doing this for yourself, not for anyone else.
