- 1). Pour the distilled water into the pitcher.
- 2). Add the Epsom salt and vitamin C to the pitcher. Mix thoroughly. The vitamin C will help offset the bitter taste of the Epsom salt.
- 3). Place the pitcher in the refrigerator until it becomes cold.
- 4). Drink 3/4 cup of the Epsom salt mixture at 6 p.m.
- 5). Drink another 3/4 cup of the Epsom salt mixture at 8 p.m.
- 6). Repeat the same doses at 6 a.m. and 8 a.m. Your flush is now complete.
