How to Reset Your Library on Songbird

    • 1). Click "Start" on the desktop and click "All Programs" and "Songbird."

    • 2). Click "File" at the top of the Songbird menu and click "Import Media."

    • 3). Click the down arrow in the pop-up window to quickly locate your Music folder on the computer. Alternately, click "My Computer" and double-click "C:" and your username folder to access your folders. Click "Music" to highlight the music folder.

    • 4). Click "OK" to re-import your music library, which resets the music library.

    • 5). Plug the USB cable into your portable media player and into your computer. Songbird automatically detects the media player, and will ask if you wish to synchronize with the device. Click "Yes" to sync your library with the device.
