- 1). Insert the CentOS installation disc in your computer's CD-ROM drive. If your Kickstart file is on a floppy disk, insert that in your computer instead.
- 2). Reboot your computer.
- 3). Type "linux ks=cdrom:/ks.cfg" at the boot prompt if your Kickstart file is on the installation disc. Type "linux ks=floppy" if your Kickstart file is on a floppy disk.
- 4). Press "Enter" to boot the installer, which automatically installs CentOS with the Kickstart file's settings.
