It's all about Chemicals it's that simple.
Lots of articles about health but not much about the chemicals of the human body.
Since the human body is comprised of 90 % Chemicals I think it would suffice us to say it is important to talk about the chemicals in our bodies and the one's we put in on a daily basis, don't you? Since your body weight is mainly made up of chemicals, of which approximately 65 % is Water and the balance of Hydrogen, Nitrogen, Chloride, Blood, Cerebral Spinal Fluid, Flora etc etc etc.
then lets talk about them for a bit.
Water for example along with Food, is the Vital necessity of life.
When you exercise you must replenish that water so that the rest of the chemicals in your body can do what they were intended to do.
Without water the rest of the chemicals in your body cannot function properly.
Furthermore water is what is needed to flush the food that you have taken into your body and has been assimilated for your body to store.
Yet water is that natural flush the body needs to get rid of feces and matter that must be eliminated as well.
Water is also a diuretic that helps the digestive system of the body to digest your food properly.
Yet not just regular tap water with flouride and chlorine and lead.
I am talking about spring water or distilled water.
If you are drinking tap water you are adding more chemicals to your body that may be altering your molecular structure of your body with more unwanted chemicals.
Now lets talk about Dehydration.
If you are not drinking enough water then your body will automatically get de-hydrated which will in turn lead to nausea, headaches, dizziness, exhaustion, sleep deprivation and a host of other ailments that time does not let me clarify.
Between 2 and 3 liters per day is what your body requires to keep it healthy and active.
Now how about Nitrogen, of the air that you and I breathe only about 18 to 22 % is Oxygen and an overwhelming 70 % give or take is Nitrogen.
It is the Nitrogen that sparks the Neurotransmitters of the Brain to send messages through blood vessels through your Central Nervous System telling the body what to do at any given moment in time via the Brain.
This is why exercise is so important especially around much vegetation like forests and bushes that give off lots of Oxygen and Nitrogen.
Go for a walk in the woods on the outskirts of town and trust me your body will thank-you.
The pollution is less and the oxygen and nitrogen is greater.
Since we are talking about the air we breathe and the chemicals we take in I would like to make one noteworthy point here.
Most people think that the heart is the pump of the human body.
Yes this is true to a certain degree but if it wasn't for your bronchia then your heart wouldn't pump at all and you'd be dead.
Keeping your bronchia clean and healthy is of vital importance to a healthy body.
So if you're a smoker please do yourself a favor and quit, you have no idea how much damage you are doing to your Bronchial Tubes.
The true pump of the body is the bronchia without which the heart wouldn't be pumping at all.
