Other options include apple, strawberry, pecan praline and lemon fillings. There is also a royal king cake option with all four fillings available in one king cake. King cakes are available through preorder, overnight shipping via UPS, and by purchasing at the Manny Randazzo storefront. As of 2011, the prices range from $45 to $50 U.S. dollars, plus shipping.

    Gambino's Bakery

King cakes come in three varieties, "Fat Tuesday," "King Rex," and "The Big Easy." Filling options include a variety of fruit fillings, chocolate cream cheese and praline mix. As well, all king cake packages come with fondant icing; purple, yellow and green sugars; and a pamphlet about the history of king cakes. A golden baby is baked inside each cake. A baby figurine is placed inside each king cake, and there are three size options available: mini, regular and large. Ambrosia also offers a variety of other Mardi Gras themed cakes that are not king cakes in a variety of flavors. As of 2011, prices for king cakes range from $5 (for the mini cake) to $15 (which serves 20 to 25 people). All prices are in U.S. dollars and shipping is not included.
