- 1). Choose your toothpaste. Most brands work, but regular white paste is less likely to irritate your skin. Pastes containing whitening and fluoride might aggravate your skin.
- 2). Wash your face.
- 3). Put on gloves or use a facial sponge.
- 4). Apply a small amount of toothpaste to your glove or sponge, and gently cover the area, as well as a small ring around it, with a thin layer of the paste.
- 5). Let the toothpaste dry and leave it on the pimple for several hours or overnight.
- 6). Peel off the dried toothpaste or wash it off with a cloth or sponge. Be careful not to rupture the pimple.
- 7). Continue your regular skin-care routine.
