How to Connect Sirius to a Home Stereo

    • 1). Plug in the audio cable supplied with the Sirius player to the port on the radio unit and an audio input on the rear of the stereo receiver or amplifier. Use the jack labeled specifically for satellite radio, which is often available on newer stereo components, or connect the cable to an unused audio input for another component.

    • 2). Plug in the antenna cable from the ANT jack on the Sirius unit to the base on the supplied antenna.

    • 3). Place the antenna near a window, pointing toward the southern sky, to pick up the satellite signal.

    • 4). Turn on the stereo and set the selector knob on the front panel to the name of the audio input that connects to the Sirius.
