- 1). Insert a small flat-head screwdriver into the indentation on the bottom of the remote.
- 2). Pull up on the screwdriver to make the remote separate into two different pieces.
- 3). Remove the battery and insert the replacement battery. The battery is circular and flat with a "+" on one side and a "-" on the other. Make sure the plus and minus symbols match what is printed on the inside of the remote control.
- 4). Close the remote control. Apply ample pressure to the top and bottom and the remote snaps back together.
