- 1). Key in the current combination and open the door to the safe.
- 2). Put the door into lock mode with the door of the safe still open. Some safe models will have a release located at the bottom of the door that you must push up for the door to be in lock mode.
- 3). Enter six zeroes (0) into the key pad. After typing in the zeroes, type in the current combination.
- 4). Enter in the new six-digit code. If your attempt was unsuccessful, the safe will beep three times and the old code will still be in place.
- 1). Enter the current combination to open the door of the safe.
- 2). Put the safe into lock mode with the door still open. Press the "#" key followed by the number 1. The safe should beep once and the lights should flash.
- 3). Enter the current code into the safe. The safe will beep and flash once.
- 4). Enter the new key code into the safe. The safe will beep and flash twice if is has accepted the new code.
