I have tried many ways to get abs and there are only a few things that have worked.
One thing that worked just recently was a program that I bought and it made my decent abs and turned them into ripped cut abs.
The second way that I was able to get ripped abs was a certain food, drink and ab exercise that I did like no other for 3 months.
So what is this food that I ate and drink that I drank for 3 months? I ate nothing but beans and drank water all the time.
I would eat beans for breakfast with tortillas, chips, cheese, and anything I could find that sounded good.
I would drink 25 ounces of water before every meal and I would drink a total of 3 gallons of water daily.
That is a lot of water, but remember that it is only for a few months.
And the whole goal is to have abs, right? It isn't to have a good time eating.
With that the best ab exercise that I did everyday for 3 months was a super crunch mixed with a bicycle crunch.
If you can do this it will work your entire core and you will have super abs in less than 3 months.
I bet you that the entire time you are on this routine you will lose weight the healthy way and you will build muscle with ease.
Remember then last time you were at the gym, what was the most hated exercise you did? I bet it was something to do with your abs, right? Abs are always worked, but never worked in the right way.
