Before you go further reading this article, let me ask you this, how open are you to try new concepts on how to lose weight? I am asking you this because today I am about to share the concept of losing weight by eating fat and cholesterol.
This is actually not a new lose fat concept.
I was actually a participant on a "eat fat" camp some five years ago.

What fat to take and what quantity?
  • For starters, I recommend taking in a mercury-free salmon or a fish oil supplement every day.

  • Increase eating good fats founds on extra virgin oil, olives, avocado and organic meat.
  • Nuts and seeds are good fat that you can snack on but do not over-eat.
