If you are eating horribly you will not have defined muscles period.

This will help eliminate the fat that is covering up your glorious muscles.
The next thing you need to do is lift weights consistently.
The more muscle mass you have then the more calories your body will naturally burn.
This will help your diet in getting rid of the fat that covers your muscles.
Make sure that you are hitting all of your body parts at least once a week so that they are getting growth.
Last but not least you need to be consistent in your efforts.

You must keep working on it and eventually you will have the ripped body that everyone will envy.
