- 1). Measure the height and width of your computer screen with a yardstick, excluding the frame on the exterior of the screen.
- 2). Lay an anti-glare filter on a flat surface. Align the tip of a yardstick on the bottom of the filter. Measure up to the screen height of your screen and mark a dot on the filter with a pencil. Move the yardstick to rest against the pencil mark horizontally on the filter. Draw a pencil line across the top of the filter using the yardstick as a straight edge.
- 3). Align the tip of a yardstick with the left edge of the filter. Measure the filter across to the right side to your screen width. Mark the measurement with a pencil. Rotate the yardstick so it is next to the mark and vertical. Draw a line with a pencil using the measuring stick for a straight edge from the top to the bottom of the filter.
- 4). Cut the filter on the pencil lines with scissors to resize the anti-glare filter to fit your screen.
