The Cheater Diet: Lose The Strict Programs

Almost everyone who sticks with a diet that works for them has some type of guilty pleasure when it comes to food.
Your diet does not need to be perfect in order for you to achieve weight loss and get into shape.
I like to follow a cheater diet.
Go ahead and indulge in something small from time to time.
The only thing you have to watch is that you don't do that too often.
I like to have something I shouldn't if I am out with friends, or sometimes after a long, intense workout.
What I have found in the past is that if I try and have a perfect diet where I never eat anything bad, I will break my diet and then just start eating bad food all the time again.
Follow the cheater diet.
The more I watch my diet, the more guilty I feel when I eat something unhealthy.
One thing which has worked well for me is to remember that my diet does not need to be perfect, and that if I eat something bad, I can exercise it off.
The worse you eat, the more exercise you can do to make up for what you eat.
If you are going to have a random sweet or fried food or something similar, just make sure that you are not having a giant, full sized meal portion of whatever it is.
No "death foods" as I like to call them.
This means no 44 oz sodas, no huge bowls of ice cream, no king-sized candy bars, etc.
Your diet does not need to be perfect, but that doesn't mean don't pay attention to what you eat.
If you have success with the cheater diet, you can set small goals of cutting out one bad item from your diet at a time.
This is how you continue to make progress.
If you are going to have a snack outside of your diet, be sure to check the calorie counter to help determine how much you need to work off later! I have had huge amounts of luck simply by taking out all of the junk food that I know is high in calories.
It is easiest to start small and cut out one thing at a time.
Try cutting out something else that is bad for you each week.
You will be eating super healthy before you know it!
