How to Set a Scanning Time in Norton AntiVirus

    • 1). Start Norton AntiVirus and click "Settings" in the program's "Computer" pane.

    • 2). Click "Computer scans" and select "Configure" next to "Manage scans."

    • 3). Click "Schedule." This option is next to "Full system scan." The "Turn off idle Time Scan" window will open.

    • 4). Stop automatic idle scanning by clicking "Yes."

    • 5). Click "New" and schedule a scanning time. Click "OK."
