First aid is one of those we all need but always postpone of either getting for the first aid kit or learn doing.
Like enrolling in a first aid class.
This is until something happens and eventually regretting not getting either or both.
Regrets always happen in the end and never before.
That is why government should be mandate that one person in each family should at least know how to administer CPR.
It would not be too much trouble to learn CPR, since classes are available online and the cost for the training would be minimal.
Local government can have a problem where they promote the learning of CPR and the rewards that they will be getting from learning it and this does not include CPR Certification.
Of course, having this documentation, is a prestige that no one can take away from you.
Aside from that to be able to save a life is one thing that should not be taken lightly.
Let us stop depending on others to do things for us.
It is time to do things for ourselves and learn cpr and first aid.
Survey says that most of the accidents that result in death usually occur at the home.
And if only, somebody in the household knew how to administer cpr during the team of the accident, death toll would decrease significantly.
Just imagine, somebody at home needs cpr, so instead of waiting for the medical health professionals to come.
You will be able to administer it yourself and save a life.
Those few seconds of waiting for the ambulance are the most crucial.
We should do more because we can.
