Pocono 500 Rules

    Admission

    • Children that are 12 years old or younger are admitted free on Friday and Saturday with a paying adult. Coolers that are 12 inches x 12 inches or less are permitted in the grandstand. Tailgating parties are not permitted in the bus parking area.

    Pit/Paddock Area

    • Guests must have a Pre-Race Pit/Paddock Pass to gain admittance to this area. Shorts and open toed shoes are not permitted. Shoulders and legs must be covered.

    Club Areas

    • Club areas require the same attire as the Pit/Paddock area. All children must have tickets. Coolers are not permitted in the Club areas.

    RV Camping

    • Recreational vehicles, motor homes and travel trailers must be self-contained. RV vehicles must not exceed 15 feet wide for trackside and no more than 18 feet wide for grandstand parking. RVs must be no taller than 11 feet and no wider than 15 feet for infield parking.

    Tent Camping

    • A maximum of two cars is permitted for each site. Electric heaters, clotheslines, firearms, fireworks and small motorized vehicles are not permitted. Young children must be supervised in swimming areas.
