- 1). Login to your Redbox account. If you don't have one, you can easily create one. Click reserve online at the top of the screen. Click on, click here to start. Click see all, to review all movies or choose from the genre of movies on the left hand side of the screen. Click on the movie title you want to reserve. Enter your zip code. Click find a Redbox, to find the nearest location that has the movie you selected. Click rent next to the location you want to reserve your movie at.
- 2). On the payment screen you'll see your stored credit card information. If you have more than one credit card stored in the system, select the card you want to pay with. Enter your verification code. Click checkout. The last screen will say "Thank you" and have this information listed:
a.Pick-up before date and time
b.Advise you if the location you chose has more than 1 Redbox
c.Location where to pick-up your DVD and which machine has your DVD (either A or B)
d. Credit card used to reserve the DVD
e.Total of all charges including tax
f.Title of your reserved DVD
Repeat steps 1 and 2 to reserve more movies. - 3). Go to the Redbox location where you reserved your movie. Take the credit card with you used to reserve the movie. If the location you chose has more than one machine, go to the machine that has your reserved movie. The machines are labeled either with an A or B on the right side. Touch "online rental pick-up" on the Redbox screen. Swipe your credit card. A screen will appear showing a list of movies you reserved. Then the next screen will say DVDs being vended. Your DVDs will come out the right side of the machine.
