Broadcast Film Critics Names the Best Movies and Performances of 2004

The Broadcast Film Critics Association selected Alexander Payne's indie drama "Sideways" as the winner of the Critics' Choice Award for Best Picture at their January 10, 2005 awards gala held in Los Angeles. "Sideways" received the most nominations with eight total and wound up winning in five categories.
