Why Do We Need Nature Made Vitamins?

Did you ever ask why do we need vitamins? There are nature made vitamins in the market nowadays, vitamins for energy and concentration and others promise anti-aging effects.
But why do we really need vitamins? Vitamins help our body perform various biological processes.
There are different vitamins that target every organ inside our body.
That is why they are considered natural substances that help our body to perform important tasks like growing and healing.
Without them, our body can't work properly! There are 13 vitamins which all interact with our cell enzymes to normalize a variety of essential bodily functions.
They are vital for many of our metabolic processes, to release energy from nutrients, and in building and maintaining bones, teeth, skin, blood and many other fundamental body tissues.
Weight loss products and anti-aging foods are rampant in the marketplace but we have to be very careful in choosing which one to take.
Because this are not nature made vitamins but rather supplements that contains synthetic ingredients and can sometime harm and not help our body in performing its best.
Therefore we must stick to nature made vitamins, since they are vitamins for energy and concentration that focuses on our main organs.
The fruits and vegetables that we eat are filled with vitamins.
Different fruits and veggies provide different vitamins that help our body with specific things.
Our body uses nature made vitamins such as vitamin A which nourish our cells, and allows for proper maturation.
Vitamin A is found in foods such as carrots and leafy greens and is responsible for keeping your eyesight in good health.
Our body utilizes vitamin D for bone growth.
Furthermore, it helps your body absorb calcium.
Sunlight is a main vitamin D source, but vitamin D can also be had through egg yolks, fish oil and milk.
Carrots, pumpkin and sweet potatoes are sources of vitamin A.
They are compounds which are necessary for our normal growth and function, which we cannot make within our bodies, and so we must obtain them from our foods.
Most of the compounds inside the nature made vitamins that we need for our body cells to function can be made by our cells from other nutrients.
For some reason, we developed without the ability to make the small number that we call vitamins.
They were present in ample amounts in ordinary foods throughout development, so we did not need to make them.
We only need tiny amounts of vitamins, and they are still present in ample amounts in many foods, but it is possible to become deficient in vitamins, and that damages health.
As a conclusion there is no value in consuming extra vitamins, above what is necessary, in supplements which are unfortunately still allowed to be sold in the market.
That can actually damage health as well.
That is why I mentioned earlier that you must be careful in choosing what supplement to take.
Vitamin supplements are however recommended in certain situations only as defined by scientific research.
