Restaurants frequented by the people who actually live in Vegas range from burger joints to sushi bars to steak houses. - Locals do come to the Las Vegas Strip to eat at the Steak House at Circus Circus, which the Las Vegas Review-Journal has voted best steakhouse in Vegas for 20 years in a row. The Steak House is off the casino of Circus Circus, and serves steaks aged 21 days, as well as seafood and chops.
