- 1). Make an assortment of paper decorations for the shower. These may include a "Congratulations!" banner in pink and brown, pink and brown fans and pink and brown place cards. Start with by using the tissue paper to create fans. Fold the paper in alternating rectangles, evenly spaced on top of each other, then fan it out, as you would an accordion. Place the fans in the glassware on your dining tables for a festive touch and one at each place setting.
- 2). Use stencils to cut out the letters to spell the word, "Congratulations!" from your pink and brown card stock. Attach the letters with craft glue by gently overlapping each letter. Alternately, you can punch holes in the tops of the letters and string them together on a piece of pink or brown twine. Place your tablecloth on the table and hang the banner across the front. Secure with push pins on either side.
- 3). Use some of your card stock to make place cards. Measure 3 by 5 inches on a piece of paper and cut the paper from the larger piece. Fold the paper horizontally. Write the name of each guest on the outside of the card. On the inside of the card you can write, "Thank you for attending this special baby shower."
- 1). Place your glassware or ceramic items on the table. Fill each dish with the assorted pink and brown candy you have purchased. This candy buffet serves as a sweet treat for guests but also adds your theme colors to the event.
- 2). Place your pink and brown cupcakes on a tray and arrange them on the table. You can also use a cupcake tier stand. Add the pink and brown polka dot cake to the centre of the table.
- 3). Arrange your pink and brown napkins on the table along with a vase of beautiful pink roses, carnations and other flowers. Add brown and pink balloons throughout the space for a festive feel.
