- The Blanco Luxury Suites on Highway 291 North opened in 2010 to provide upscale lodging in an intimate environment that is convenient for those visiting the area's wineries and vineyards. Rooms are spacious, with refrigerators and microwaves, some with additional living areas and jacuzzi tubs. - The Blanco Guest Houses are a collection of small inns and cottages scattered throughout the town of Blanco. The Villas at One Six Main offer guests the chance to stay in suites that are designed with a Tuscan ambiance and style, perched on the Blanco River alongside the Blanco State Park. The company also rents two cottages in town, as well as the Blanco County Inn.

- About 20 miles from the town of Blanco, visitors to the area will find the small community of Wimberly, home to the Blanco River Retreat.
