If you need a crash plan to cut weight then I have three solid tips, each of which is a fast way to lose weight.
Why use one when you have three? - Eat when you're hungry.
It sounds crazy but overweight people eat when they are not hungry, often for comfort.
In fact, I would go further than this - if you cut your portion size to half of what it used to be, then you will still be a little hungry even when you have finished your meal.
Don't think of being hungry as bad - think of being hungry as your body eating your fat up, this is a much more positive way to look at the situation.
- Cut out all meat except for fish.
I know, I know - burgers are more delicious but fish is much better for you and will supply you with valuable vitamins and omega oils which you will need during this cutting phase.
Tuna and mackerel are great but avoid salted fish.
This fast way to lose weight is great because fish is so tasty and great for you and improves your brain functions.
The Japanese are known to live for long periods and part of this is believed to be due to fish in their diet.
- Avoid fad diets where you have to eat unhealthy e.
g.
loads of greasy food or just soup.
There are much better plans with higher success rates out there that are healthy and still allow you to feel good whilst on them.
Fad diets are notoriously unbalanced and place a heavy load on the body during this vulnerable period.
Look for the more balanced programs available.
These three tips should help you lose several pounds within days but I advise that you investigate some of the newer diet plans that report higher success rates that the typical "fads of the day".
