How to Clean Enamel Coated Cast Iron

    • 1). Allow the pan to cool to room temperature before you begin cleaning it to avoid cracking. Fill the sink with hot water and dish soap.

    • 2). Scrub the pan with a non-abrasive nylon scrubber. For stubborn or burned on food, allow the pan to soak in the soapy water for 15 minutes. Then scrub until all of the food particles come loose.

    • 3). Rinse well.

    • 4). Dry immediately by hand with a soft towel.
