Significance of Tirupati Tirumala Darshan Or TTD As it is Popularly Known

Theists believe in god and go for pilgrimages to derive satisfaction and peace.
Pilgrimages provide spiritual meaning to their journey and remind them that they live in a world that is created by god and all of them are the parts of the God's story.
India is the home to variety of religions.
People here go on pilgrimages and offers vows to the God in order to fulfill their desires and aspirations.
The temple has a very high number of devotees who come there and offer their vows to lord Venkateshwara.
About a million people visit the temple everyday and donate tones of gold, silver, diamond and hefty amounts of money in the sacred name of their lord Venkateshwara or lord Balaji.
The thing astonishing about "Tirupati Tirumala Darshan" is that the numbers of devotees are galloping everyday.
There are a lot of festivals that are celebrated in Tirupati Tirumala temple.
The festivals include Kalyanotsavam, Arjita Brahmotsavam, Dolotsavam, Vasanthotsavam but the most important festival is the annual festival of 'Brahmotsavam'.
This festival is celebrated extravagantly for nine days in the month of September every year.
The Garudostavam and Rathotavam rituals take place on the fifth and sixth day of the festival.
Thus, these festivals lure flocks of devotees and tourists to the temple.
The climate of the region is very hot in summers with the temperature going as high as 42-45 degree Celsius and in winters a moderate temperature of 10-18 degree Celsius.
The board that manages the accommodation of the devotees and the tourists in Tirumala Tirupati is the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam.
The board has arranged for various kinds of Darshans in Tirupati Balaji such as Sarva Darshan, Sudarshan token Darshan, Seva Darshan, E-Darshan, E-Seva booking nd special Darshan.
Sarva Darshan is a darshan for which no money is charged to the devotee.
The time of the Darshan is not very much generally 2-3 minutes only.
Also the devotees taking Sarva darshan often have to wait a lot even for about 24hrs.
Special Darshans are the once in which a devotee is charged a nominal fee for the Darshnan generally 40 to 50 rupees.
For E-Seva one has to plan in advance for the lord's darshan generally plan ahead of 90 days and book the Darshan tickets through internet.
It is also believed by the Hindu rituals that one who does not get a chance to have the Tirupati Tirumala Darshan ( TTD ) in his/her entire life has lead a non meaningful life and the purpose of his birth on the earth is not fulfilled.
